Walking In Wellness

Build rhythms that support the life God has entrusted to you

Renew • Restore • Reenergize • Replenish

6-Week Foundation Group Coaching Program for Moms

Walking in Wellness is an intimate group coaching experience designed for moms who want to build healthy habits that actually fit their real life — not another plan that adds pressure or perfection.

Using the Whole & Rooted workbook and the 6S habit-building model, this program helps you establish sustainable rhythms rooted in biblical principles, so wellness becomes something you walk in, not something you chase.

This is not a quick fix.

It’s a foundation.

What Participants Say

“I’m learning to trust the process—even when it feels really small.” – Sara

I’m learning to rely on simple systems that help move me from intention to action, instead of depending on willpower alone. It’s helping me stay consistent in a way that feels more doable.

On days when everything feels heavy, I’m focusing on my minimum viable action—just doing what I can, instead of doing nothing at all. And that shift is making it easier to keep showing up.

It’s not about making everything perfect, but about making it easier to follow through in real life.

“I’m actually building habits that fit my real life—and I have more energy and feel more in control of my day.” – Mayowa

I’ve been able to apply what I’m learning in a way that actually works for my everyday life—even creating a better rhythm around my study time. Instead of trying to follow unrealistic routines, I’m learning how to build simple systems that fit into my current season.

As I started building better bedtime and upon waking rhythms, I’ve noticed I have more energy and feel more in control of my day. I’m becoming more consistent with the little things, and it’s making a real difference in how I show up daily.

“I’m learning how to work with my life—not against it.” – Amy

I used to keep pushing late into the night—sometimes past midnight—even when I knew I was tired. Taking a break felt lazy, like I should be doing more instead of pausing. Now, I’m learning to give myself permission to stop and go to bed earlier. I’m also learning to share the load instead of carrying everything on my own.

During the day—especially when I feel really stressed—I’ve started taking brief moments (5–10 minutes, depending on what I have) to step away, find a quiet space at work, and reconnect with God. As Irene calls it, “midday returns.” Those pauses are helping me reset in a way I didn’t before.

I’m beginning to recognize my patterns and respond differently—not from guilt or pressure, but with more awareness and grace. It’s not perfect, but it feels more sustainable… like I’m finally working with my life instead of against it.

That’s okay. This program is meant to feel supportive — not forced.
