Coaching Services
Every coaching relationship at Reeneiz is built on the foundation that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, created for a purpose that requires you to be healthy in body, mind and spirit. These coaching sessions are beyond changing habits or cultivating new habits, but at the root of it is discovering God's design for your wellness and learning to walk in the abundant life He promises.
In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll dive deep into your unique challenges, goals and circumstances. Together, we’ll create a customized plan that integrates all four pillars of wellness -Restore (rest), Renew (mindfulness), Re-energize (movement) & Replenish (nourishment)- while respecting your season in life, your family’s needs and your spiritual convictions. This isn’t cookie-cutter coaching, it is a relationship designed around your specific calling as a mom and a child of God.
What you’ll experience:
Every session begins with prayer, acknowledging that true transformation comes from God and inviting His wisdom into our time together. We’ll explore not just what you want to change but why those changes matter in light to your faith and calling. You’ll receive practical tools, biblical encouragement and the accountability you need to build habits that stick.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to resources, check-ins and prayer support that keep you connected and motivated. This is more than coaching, it is a partnership in your journey towards the woman God created you to be.

Initial consultation - 90 minutes
2 follow-up sessions per month (excluding first month) - 5 sessions
Weekly check-ins via email, phone calls or messages via practice-better app
Prayer support and scripture meditations that keep you connected and supported

1 week meal plan / month (adjustment and additions made as needed)

Group Sessions
Each group session includes teaching on one of the four pillars, time for sharing and prayer, practical application exercises, and group accountability that keeps everyone moving forward. You'll receive workbooks, resources, and access to our private online community where encouragement and support continue between sessions.
The group format allows for learning from others' experiences while receiving guidance that applies to your specific situation. You'll build friendships with like-minded mothers while developing habits that transform your health and strengthen your faith.
